סקור ומדוד היא אפליקציית אנדרואיד לקליטת נקודות GPS ולמדידה ברשת ישראל החדשה (ITM). מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע האפליקציה מטפלת בו ולאן הוא עובר.
בקצרה
- אין באפליקציה חשבונות משתמש, אין לנו שרתים, ואין בה ניתוח שימוש (אנליטיקס), פרסומות או דיווח קריסות.
- הפרויקטים, הנקודות, השרטוטים והתמונות שלך נשמרים במכשיר שלך. אנחנו לא מקבלים אותם.
- מידע יוצא מהמכשיר רק בדרכים שמתוארות כאן: למפות Google, ל-Google Play כשאתה רוכש מנוי, לגיבוי של Android אם הוא מופעל, ולכל מקום שאתה בוחר לייצא או לשתף אליו.
מה נשמר במכשיר שלך
- פרויקטים: שם, תיאור, לקוח, צבע וסטטוס.
- נקודות: קואורדינטות (WGS-84 ו-ITM), גובה, דיוק, אופן הקליטה, שעת הקליטה, שם, תיאור וקטגוריה.
- שרטוטים וגבולות: הקווים והשטחים ששרטטת או שייבאת מקובץ.
- תמונות: תמונות שצילמת או בחרת לנקודה, ותמונת מפה קטנה של כל נקודה.
- הגדרות: שפה, ערכת נושא, פורמט קואורדינטות, יחידות, הגדרות קליטה, ופרטי מיתוג לדו"ח ה-PDF (שם חברה, מספר רישיון, שם המודד, לוגו וחתימה) אם הזנת אותם.
אנחנו לא מקבלים את המידע הזה. אפשר למחוק אותו בכל עת: מחיקה בתוך האפליקציה, ניקוי נתוני האפליקציה בהגדרות הטלפון, או הסרת האפליקציה.
מיקום
האפליקציה מבקשת הרשאת מיקום כדי להציג את המיקום שלך על המפה ולקלוט נקודות. המיקום נקרא רק בזמן שהאפליקציה פתוחה ומוצגת, לא ברקע. הוא נשמר רק כשאתה קולט נקודה, ונשמר במכשיר בלבד. קריאת המיקום נעשית דרך שירותי Google Play (Fused Location Provider) במכשיר.
שירותים של Google שהאפליקציה משתמשת בהם
מפות Google. המפה בתוך האפליקציה היא Google Maps. כדי להציג אותה, Google מקבלת את אזור המפה שמוצג ומידע טכני על המכשיר, ונקודת המיקום הכחולה מוצגת דרכה. המידע הזה כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
תמונת מפה לכל נקודה. אחרי קליטת נקודה, האפליקציה מורידה מ-Google (Maps Static API) תמונת מפה קטנה סביב הנקודה. לשם כך נשלחות ל-Google הקואורדינטות של הנקודה בלבד — בלי שם הנקודה, התיאור או הפרויקט.
Google Play. רכישת מנוי סקור פרו מתבצעת כולה ב-Google Play, ו-Google מטפלת בתשלום. האפליקציה מקבלת מ-Google Play רק את מצב הרכישה (האם יש מנוי פעיל, ואיזה) כדי לפתוח את התכונות. אין לנו גישה לפרטי התשלום שלך.
לאן המידע יכול לעבור, ורק אם תבחר
ייצוא ושיתוף. כשאתה מייצא פרויקט (CSV, KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, Shapefile, DXF או דו"ח PDF), האפליקציה יוצרת קובץ ושומרת אותו במקום שאתה בוחר, או פותחת את תפריט השיתוף של הטלפון כדי שתבחר לאן לשלוח אותו. משם, השירות שבחרת מטפל בקובץ לפי התנאים שלו.
ייבוא. כשאתה מייבא קובץ CSV או קובץ גבול, האפליקציה קוראת רק את הקובץ שבחרת.
תמונות. צילום נעשה באפליקציית המצלמה של הטלפון, ובחירה מהגלריה נעשית בבורר התמונות של המערכת. האפליקציה מקבלת רק את התמונה שבחרת.
לוח ההעתקה. במסך הוספת נקודה, האפליקציה בודקת אם בלוח ההעתקה יש קואורדינטות, כדי להציע להדביק אותן. התוכן לא נשמר ולא נשלח לשום מקום.
גיבוי של Android. אם הגיבוי מופעל בחשבון Google שלך בהגדרות הטלפון, Android עשוי לכלול את נתוני האפליקציה בגיבוי המכשיר ולשחזר אותם בטלפון חדש. זו תכונה של Android ושל חשבון Google שלך, ומדיניות הפרטיות של Google חלה עליה. אפשר לכבות את הגיבוי בהגדרות הטלפון.

סקור ומדוד אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13, ואינה אוספת מידע אישי מאף אחד, כולל ילדים.
שינויים במדיניות
אם מה שהאפליקציה אוספת או משתפת ישתנה, נעדכן את המדיניות הזו ואת התאריך שבראשה לפני שהשינוי יגיע לאפליקציה.

Skor U'Madad (סקור ומדוד) is an Android app for capturing GPS points and surveying on the Israeli Transverse Mercator grid (ITM). This policy explains what information the app handles and where it goes.
The short version
- The app has no user accounts, we run no servers, and it has no analytics, advertising or crash reporting.
- Your projects, points, drawings and photos are stored on your device. We never receive them.
- Information leaves your device only in the ways described here: to Google Maps, to Google Play when you buy a subscription, to Android backup if you have it on, and to wherever you choose to export or share.
What the app stores on your device
- Projects: name, description, client, colour and status.
- Points: coordinates (WGS-84 and ITM), altitude, accuracy, how and when they were captured, name, description and category.
- Drawings and boundaries: the lines and areas you draw or import from a file.
- Photos: photos you take or pick for a point, and a small map image of each point.
- Settings: language, theme, coordinate format, units, capture settings, and the PDF report branding (company name, licence number, surveyor name, logo and signature) if you enter them.
We never receive this data. You can delete it at any time: inside the app, by clearing the app's data in your phone's settings, or by uninstalling the app.
Location
The app asks for location permission to show where you are on the map and to capture points. It reads your location only while the app is open and on screen, never in the background. A location is saved only when you capture a point, and only on your device. Location is read through Google Play services on your device (the Fused Location Provider).
Google services the app uses
Google Maps. The map inside the app is Google Maps. To show it, Google receives the area of the map being displayed and technical information about your device, and your blue location dot is drawn through it. This is covered by Google's privacy policy.
A map image for each point. After you capture a point, the app downloads a small map image around it from Google (the Maps Static API). Only the point's coordinates are sent to Google for this — not the point's name, description or project.
Google Play. Buying a Skor Pro subscription happens entirely in Google Play, and Google handles the payment. The app receives from Google Play only the state of your purchase (whether you have an active subscription, and which) so it can unlock features. We have no access to your payment details.
Where your data can go, and only if you choose
Export and sharing. When you export a project (CSV, KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, Shapefile, DXF or a PDF report), the app creates a file and saves it where you choose, or opens your phone's share menu so you choose where to send it. From there, the service you picked handles the file under its own terms.
Import. When you import a CSV or a boundary file, the app reads only the file you pick.
Photos. Taking a photo uses your phone's camera app, and picking one uses the system photo picker. The app receives only the photo you choose.
Clipboard. On the add-point screen, the app checks whether the clipboard holds coordinates so it can offer to paste them. The content is not stored or sent anywhere.
Android backup. If backup is turned on for your Google account in your phone's settings, Android may include the app's data in your device backup and restore it on a new phone. This is a feature of Android and your Google account, and Google's privacy policy applies to it. You can turn backup off in your phone's settings.
Permissions the app uses

Children
Skor U'Madad is not directed at children under 13. It doesn't collect personal information from anyone, children included.
Changes to this policy
If what the app collects or shares changes, we'll update this policy and the effective date above before the change reaches the app.
